Who will benefit and what difference will the project make?

Our project will support 240 young people aged 11-18 across Greater Manchester who are currently on CAMHS waiting lists. In 2024-25 the average wait reached 14 weeks, leaving young people without structured support during a critical window.

We will deliver weekly group sessions in five secondary schools, complemented by 1:1 keyworker check-ins. Last cohort showed a 38% reduction in self-reported anxiety scores over a 12-week intervention.

    The problem

    The UK grant funding challenge

UK organisations lose time and momentum when grant deadlines, documents, and stakeholder inputs live across spreadsheets, email threads, and shared drives. When multiple bids run in parallel, small teams miss key dates, duplicate work, and struggle to report progress to trustees or leadership.

    The solution

A single operating system for grant funding

    Deadline Tracking

Keep every key date visible and get reminders so nothing slips.

    Centralised Documents

    UK funding overview

Find UK grant funding opportunities faster

GrantBridge is a UK-focused funding platform that helps charities, nonprofits, social enterprises, startups and small businesses discover relevant grants without trawling dozens of funder sites. Our database covers trusts and foundations, National Lottery, local authority schemes, and UK government grants, with regularly updated opportunities and clear deadlines.

Tell us about your organisation once and we surface grants that fit your size, sector, region and stage. Eligibility guidance highlights the criteria that matter, so you spend less time reading guidance documents and more time on bids you can actually win, whether you are exploring business grants in the UK or startup grants.

A structured, UK-specific platform replaces scattered spreadsheets and inbox searches with one place to track funding opportunities, deadlines and applications. Learn more about GrantBridge or browse the frequently asked questions.
